2.How do you pack the equipment?
Hazardous Chemical Packaging for electric storage batteries.
Honeycomb paper box or crate for solar inverters.
Export safety crates for PV glass and solar panels.
3.Is OEM acceptable?
Yes, it is. We have our own patented brand products,too.
4.Can you design the equipment according to our size?
Yes, we can. But there is a MOQ and extra costs for OEM orders.
5.Which certificate do you have for your equipment?
MSDS, UN38.3, CE, CCC, UL, Inspection Result of Package for Transportation of Export Dangerous Goods, etc.
6.Do you have detailed and professional installation manual?
Yes, an English manual goes with our energy storage system product.
7.Do you provide sample? Free or charge?
Samples are provided for a fee.
8.What is your Minimum Order Quantity?
MOQ is 1 set for our existing electric storage products.
9.What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sales. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.
10.What kinds of payment terms do you accept?
Usually we accept wire transfer T/T, WorldFirst or PayPal:Â 50% deposit in advance, 50% balance payment.
